Shipping
Foto Furnished currently ships within UK and to USA & Canada.
All UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 within 2 working days. There is a tiered shipping cost based on the size of the item. Items that can be sent as a large letter have a flat rate of £2.50. Larger items have a flat rate of £4.99. Orders over £50 (within the UK only) will receive free delivery.
US/ Canada shipping has a flat rate of £14.95. This covers all small parcels up to 1kg in weight. We regret that we cannot send orders over 1kg, or bulky items classified as a medium parcel. For this reason all cushion orders to the US or Canada will be covers only. Our covers fit standard size 12" or 18" cushion inserts which are readily available from a variety of sources.
Please note that we are committed to recycling, and package all orders in reused boxes, where possible. Your box may therefore not look the prettiest, but this will not be an indication of the quality of items within. We are a small business and take customer satisfaction seriously. All products will be wrapped in tissue paper and carefully packed with love. If, however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please see below.
Returns & Refunds
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days as per UK distance selling regulations.
The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The goods are in the original packaging and are unused
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please email fotofurnished@gmail.com for full details of where and how to return.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
